Job Description & Requirements治疗方案制定：根据中医理论及整骨疗法技术，为患者制定个性化治疗方案，以改善其特定健康问题。手法治疗：运用整骨手法治疗肌肉骨骼问题，促进血液循环，并缓解疼痛。教育与咨询：向患者讲解中医理论、治疗方案及自我护理方法，帮助患者更好地管理自身健康。记录管理：妥善维护准确且保密的患者记录，包括治疗方案、疗程进展、建议及购买记录。库存管理：确保产品及药材库存充足，并妥善进行储存与维护。团队协作：与中医师及前线员工紧密合作，确保为患者提供全面性的护理服务。活动与推广：参与所有市场推广活动、宣传路演、展销会、企业活动、示范项目、健康讲座及各类内部与外部活动。· Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and TCM diagnostic techniques.· Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on TCM principles and osteopathic techniques to address patients' specific health concerns.· Manual Manipulation: Utilize osteopathic manual manipulation techniques to address musculoskeletal issues, improve circulation, and alleviate pain· Dietary and Lifestyle Recommendations: Provide guidance on dietary modifications and lifestyle changes to support patients' overall health and well-being.· Education and Counseling: Educate patients about TCM principles, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their health.· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, recommendations and purchases.· Inventory: To ensure sufficient inventories and quantities of products and medicines with proper storage and maintenance.· Collaboration: Work with TCM Physicians and front-liners to ensure comprehensive patient care.· Events and Activities: Participate in all marketing initiatives, promotional road shows, trade fairs, corporate events, demonstration programs, health talks and any events. Internally and externally.
