Self Employed Osteopath

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Self Employed Osteopath to provide specialised musculoskeletal treatment and support to clients. This role offers flexibility for practitioners to operate independently while delivering high-quality osteopathic care. The successful candidate will utilise their expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions related to the musculoskeletal system, promoting overall well-being and recovery. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical health and medical histories Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual needs Perform osteopathic techniques including mobilisation, manipulation, and soft tissue therapy Educate clients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery and prevent future issues Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients Stay informed about the latest developments in osteopathy and related fields through continuous professional development Requirements REQUIREMENT TO WORK SATURDAYS recognised qualification in Osteopathy from an accredited institution Valid registration with the appropriate professional regulatory body Strong knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Ability to work independently as a self-employed practitioner Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple clients effectively Prior experience in musculoskeletal therapy is preferred but not essential; training opportunities may be available for suitable candidates Pay: £24,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
