Royal Bay Massage Therapy has been operating for 9 years in beautiful Metchosin, we have a strong patient load and connection to the community. The clinic was recently renovated to two rooms and we are hoping to find another practioner. The clinic is on a rural one-acre property, a separate detached studio with a separate driveway and parking. Royal Bay Beach is a large development that will give a new practitioner the ability to grow a practice successfully. The clinic offers two rooms, both with natural light, independent heating and air conditioning, electric tables with heat, an oil warmer, thermaphore and pregnancy pillows. The studio offers a bright welcoming foyer, treatment rooms, full bathroom and onsite laundry and linens. We offer Jane for online booking, integrated payment, billing and charting with shared reception duties. Clinic webpage and email. Flat monthly rent based on the schedule you want, works out to be 10-15% when fully booked. Making your schedule gives you autonomy, to find your own balance in work and life.
