About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Exercise Physiologist) to join our growing team in VIC. You’ll deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation and case management services, supporting clients through their recovery and return-to-work journey. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting Initial Needs, Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) Developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans Liaising with insurers, employers, treating providers and other stakeholders Providing timely, professional case management and reporting Ensuring service delivery aligns with WorkCover and Comcare standards What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy or Exercise Physiology Experience in occupational rehabilitation or workplace injury management preferred but open experienced clinicians Current registration with AHPRA or membership with ESSA Experience in occupational rehabilitation or workplace injury management Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills A client-centred, evidence-based approach Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport Consultants with clinical experience and new graduates also welcomed to apply Why Join Humanity Health Group?
