At ICAHT, we believe the qualities that make an outstanding holistic health practitioner aren’t fixed titles or certificates — they are developed and nurtured through attitude, mentorship, experience, and guidance. Unlike many clinics, we are not bound by titles like osteopath, physiotherapist, or chiropractor, you will be trained as an ICAHT Practitioner and trained in all treatment interventions. We don’t simply let patients pick treatments from a menu — instead, we carefully assess their needs and provide the right combination of therapies to create the best outcomes. If you have the understanding, knowledge and passion to be working as a sports therapist, massage therapist or physiotherapist and want to broaden your skills within the holistic medicine world then message us today. This patient-centred approach allows us to truly tailor care, improve results, and build deeper trust with those we serve. What makes ICAHT different? A collective approach: loyalty and commitment are highly valued here. When we find the right candidate who commits to working to our collective, we achieve much higher levels than what can be achieved alone as individuals. A diverse toolkit: our work includes spinal adjustments, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, cupping (wet & fire), nutritional interventions, and mind–body coaching. This will allow you to grow further within your role than in most traditional practices, and create a larger positive impact for your patients. A mentorship culture: for the right candidate, we provide exceptional training, guidance, and development which is always ongoing, not just focussed at the start of your journey. Working directly alongside Dr Rizwhan, who is trusted within the elite athlete world - regularly treatingworld heavyweight boxing champions to Premier League footballers with his unique skillset to enhance recovery, prevent injury, and perform at their best. A unique opportunity - We are more than ‘just a clinic’ - as a training school we travel around the globe teaching, training and treating patients - if this is something you’re interested in, we can help you grow your role in training, public speaking, and management. The role: To become a qualified ICAHT practitioner, you will be educated and trained through ICAHT Education. This is a unique opportunity to access world-class holistic medicine education, combined with structured clinical training from leading experts. You will follow a clear progression pathway that takes you from foundational learning to becoming a confident, independent ICAHT Practitioner. This training will include online training modules, contact clinical hours, and then graduate on to an ICAHT practitioner where you will be working directly with the clinic patients, and your own referral of patients. You: You are a motivated, compassionate and growth-driven individual who genuinely cares about holistic therapy and long-term health. You are committed to completing your online education modules and aligning fully with the ICAHT method. You build strong rapport with patients, treat people with fairness and kindness, and prioritise lasting change over quick fixes. You are proactive in sourcing and supporting patients, confident in filling your diary, and dedicated to contributing positively to the clinic and wider ICAHT community. The structure: The Online training modules are to be completed in your own time. Contact clinical hours will be on Friday and/or Saturday alongside other training practitioners. Your work will then start across Mondays, Wednesday's, Thursday and Saturdays dependent on your availability and your patients.
