About Wildewood Health Wildewood Health is a multidisciplinary clinic in Nanaimo offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, and naturopathic care under one roof. We're growing — and osteopathy is the next chapter. We're building this service with intention, and we're looking for the right practitioner to help shape it from the ground up. The Opportunity This is not a backfill role. You'd be the first osteopath at Wildewood, which means real autonomy, a collaborative team of established practitioners, and the chance to build a patient base in a clinic that's already trusted in the community. If you're early in your career and want a supported environment to grow, or if you're an experienced practitioner ready for a fresh start with a strong referral network behind you, this is worth your attention. What You'll Do Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide osteopathic manual therapy across a range of presentations and populations Collaborate with our physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, and naturopathic teams on shared patients Maintain accurate clinical documentation Contribute to building osteopathy's presence within the clinic and the broader Nanaimo community What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited osteopathic manual therapy program Membership with OsteopathyBC or the BC Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (BCAOMP) considered an asset New graduates are welcome — we'll set you up to succeed Strong clinical reasoning and genuine curiosity about complex cases A communicator patients trust and colleagues enjoy working with Self-directed, reliable, and invested in your own professional development The Details Contractor arrangement with a 60-75/40-25 split Flexible scheduling — we'll work around what makes sense for you Access to a fully equipped treatment room, EMR, and front-end admin support Built-in referral pipeline from our existing multidisciplinary team A clinic culture that takes collaboration seriously To Apply Send us two things: your CV, and a short note (under 200 words) describing how you approach a patient who hasn't made meaningful progress after three sessions. Applications without the note will not be reviewed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Application question(s): Are you certified with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)? Work Location: In person
