Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patient needs. Utilise osteopathic techniques such as manipulation, stretching, and massage to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercise programmes, and self-care strategies to support their recovery. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated with the latest developments in osteopathy and related fields. Attend events in the community, encourage referrals and work with other local businesses to help build client-base. Contribute to any team efforts to build the clinic, through use of content for the website and social media, etc. Skills Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. Ability to demonstrate empathy and build rapport with patients. Strong problem-solving skills to assess patient conditions accurately. Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
