An exciting opportunity is available for an Osteopath to step into a thriving, long-established clinic in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, with an immediate caseload, strong earning potential, and genuine long-term growth opportunities including future profit share and potential business ownership pathways. With the current Osteopath transitioning out of the industry at the end of May, the clinic is looking for someone who can seamlessly take over an existing patient base within a warm, supportive, and highly reputable environment. This role would suit an Osteopath looking for more than just another clinic position, someone commercially minded who may eventually be interested in leadership, profit-sharing, or even a future management buyout opportunity in the future. About the Clinic This well-established allied health clinic has built an incredibly loyal patient base over many years, with many patients attending for 10+ years. The clinic operates within a professional medical suite and is supported by an experienced Remedial Myotherapist who has been with the business for years and has a fantastic reputation with patients. The model is highly collaborative, with Osteopaths working closely alongside the Myotherapist to provide ongoing care and long-term patient management. The current Osteopath is generating approximately $2K-$4K per week in fees, meaning the incoming practitioner can begin earning from day one with an existing caseload ready to step into.
