Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Wellness Practitioners, including Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and other holistic health professionals, to join our vibrant team. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment strategies Perform a variety of therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, acupuncture, and osteopathic manipulations Educate clients on wellness practices, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health goals Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments provided and patient progress in compliance with healthcare standards Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols Stay current with industry developments by participating in ongoing professional development and training Experience Proven experience as an Osteopath, Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, or other wellness practitioner with a strong background in patient service and assessment Demonstrated expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, pain management techniques, and physiology knowledge Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and occupational health principles Prior experience working in med spas or holistic health clinics is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse client populations Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing exceptional wellness services that empower clients to live healthier lives.
