Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of discomfort Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing osteopathic techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and stretching exercises Perform manual therapy sessions to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomic practices, and self-care strategies to promote long-term health benefits Maintain detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatments provided, and progress notes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care when necessary Stay updated on the latest osteopathic research and techniques through ongoing professional development Requirements Valid registration or licensing as an Osteopath with the appropriate regulatory body Proven experience in manual therapy and musculoskeletal treatment approaches Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to osteopathic practice Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients Ability to perform detailed assessments and tailor treatment plans accordingly Commitment to patient-centered care with a positive, energetic attitude Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations within clinical settings Join us if you’re passionate about making a tangible difference in people’s lives through expert manual therapy!
