Job Description – Senior Osteopath and Osteopath We’re looking for 2 passionate and driven Osteopath's to join our diverse and supportive team. We ideally would like a Senior Osteopath and we also have a role for either a graduate or an Osteopath working towards a more senior level. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional care to a mix of self-paying and privately insured patients. From initial assessment through to discharge, you’ll follow established clinical pathways while tailoring your approach to each individual’s needs. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with other health professionals including Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Podiatrists, Acupuncturists, Nutritionists and Personal Trainers. Your ability to build strong patient relationships and deliver impactful treatment plans will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities Take full clinical responsibility for your caseload, using advanced assessment and decision-making skills to diagnose and treat clients confidently and independently. Conduct thorough consultations with new patients to develop effective, results-driven treatment plans. Maintain high levels of patient retention through exceptional communication, care, and follow-up. Cultivate and manage referral relationships with key external partners such as fitness professionals, sports clubs, and healthcare providers. Uphold company-wide policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience. Engage in regular CPD to stay current with best practices and support your own professional growth, including attendance at relevant events and courses. Ensure seamless care by communicating clearly and professionally with any referring clinicians or parties. Support business development by participating in community outreach, including workshops and educational sessions for prospective patients. Contribute to the clinic’s multidisciplinary team efforts and help drive service improvements. Adhere to the professional standards and code of conduct set out by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). Required Skills & Qualifications BSc (Hons) degree in Osteopathy Full registration with the General Osteopathic Council Confident working independently while following established clinical processes Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ongoing commitment to professional development Desirable Experience Experience in a private practice or self-pay clinical setting Proven ability to generate and manage your own patient base Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Pay: From £40.00 per hour Benefits: Company events Employee mentoring programme Free parking Profit sharing Work authorisation: United Kingdom (preferred) Work Location: In person
