Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Osteopath to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialised manual therapy treatments aimed at improving musculoskeletal health and overall well-being. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ musculoskeletal systems to identify areas of dysfunction or pain. Develop customised treatment plans based on individual patient needs, utilising manual therapy techniques such as mobilisation, manipulation, and soft tissue work. Deliver safe and effective osteopathic treatments, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to clinical guidelines. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with regulatory standards. Provide advice on lifestyle modifications, exercises, and preventative measures to support long-term health outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Stay informed about the latest developments in osteopathy and related fields through continuous professional development. Experience Proven experience working as an Osteopath or in a similar manual therapy role is preferred. Strong knowledge of human anatomy is essential to accurately diagnose conditions and tailor treatments effectively. Prior experience working with a diverse range of patients, including those with complex or chronic conditions, is advantageous. Certification or registration with relevant professional bodies is required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and compassionately.
