The Opportunity: We're looking for an Osteopathic Practitioner who is excited about functional and integrative medicine and wants to build a meaningful practice within a connected, values-driven team. What We Offer: We've taken care of the details so you can focus entirely on your patients: Full laundry service — linens, gowns, and treatment room textiles handled for you Professional cleaning — done at the end of every treatment day Off-site admin support — scheduling and some of the patient communications Marketing & clinic promotion — your profile and services are actively promoted through Lumera's website, social media, and local outreach Booking software — fully set up and supported (Jane App or equivalent) Built-in referral network — cross-referrals from an established multidisciplinary team Beautiful treatment rooms — thoughtfully designed, fully equipped clinical spaces Community & mentorship — regular team touchpoints, peer support, and a clinic culture that invests in your growth Storage — for those who require storage of herbs and supplies, we have plenty Practitioner lounge — a designated space away from the oasis and treatment room for our staff and practitioners to decompress, have lunch, chart, chat etc. Opportunities to lead workshops — our oasis space was designed so that it may be easily transformed into a workshop space for our practitioners to use What You'll Do Conduct thorough intake assessments including health history reviews, postural analysis, and soft tissue evaluations to identify areas of dysfunction and develop targeted treatment goals. Deliver osteopathic treatments to clients, drawing on your own individualized education and expertise. Develop and communicate individualized home care recommendations, when necessary Maintain thorough, accurate patient records in compliance with your designated association. Collaborate and cross-refer with Lumera's broader care team to ensure patients receive truly integrated support. Who You Are Licensed in good standing with the Osteopathic governing body (Osteopathy BC, College of Osteopathy Canada and/or MOCC). Curious, growth-minded, and genuinely invested in your patients' long-term outcomes. A warm, patient-centered communicator who genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. Compensation & Structure We offer a 75/25 revenue split in your favour — because we believe practitioners who feel valued do their best work.
