Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Osteopath to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in hospital settings, research, and acute care. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to pain management, pediatrics, and home care services, utilizing advanced medical knowledge and a patient-centered approach. The Osteopath will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Duties Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plans focused on pain relief, mobility improvement, and overall wellness Manage patient care across various settings including hospital, outpatient clinics, and home care environments Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses Collect and analyze data related to treatment efficacy for ongoing research purposes Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies Assist in clinical research studies aimed at advancing osteopathic practices and pain management techniques Requirements Valid osteopathic medical license with appropriate state certification Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care protocols Strong research skills with the ability to collect and interpret clinical data Background in pain management, home care, or related specialties is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care in diverse clinical settings Pay: $45.00-$90.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
