What We Offer Flexible schedule – choose your hours and take control of your income Competitive compensation split $600 continuing education allowance every 12 months (available after 6 months of employment) In-house marketing team to design campaigns and social media strategies that grow your client base and keep your appointments full Mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities Beautiful treatment rooms that are clean, serene, and fully furnished for a premium experience Supportive, collaborative team environment grounded in holistic, evidence-based care Paid team outings such as dinners, pilates classes, and yoga classes Key Responsibilities Provide osteopathic treatments to patients with musculoskeletal and lymphatic issues Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans Utilize medical knowledge to diagnose and treat various conditions Maintain accurate patient records and ensure medical notes are up to date Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Offer guidance on home care practices to support treatment plans Requirements Completed Osteopathic program and in good standing with the College of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners of Ontario Interested in holistic med approach to clients Friendly, outgoing, excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to help individuals Demonstrates a keen interest in musculoskeletal care for a broad range of clientele Strong decision-making skills Why Join Our Team?
