Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Osteopath to join our healthcare team at multidisciplinary clinic. This role involves providing specialized osteopathic treatment to diverse patient populations, and supporting pain management and overall wellness. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on osteopathic techniques for pain relief and functional improvement Administer therapies as prescribed within scope of practice Utilize electronic health record systems Educate patients on health maintenance, injury prevention, and post-treatment care strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, current research, and best practices in osteopathy and related fields Qualifications Valid certification or license as an Osteopath or equivalent credentialing in osteopathic medicine in Alberta Prior experience preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology and familiarity Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment delivery Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment Compensation Revenue split model Position Details: Independent contractor position Flexible schedule This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through specialized osteopathic treatment while working within a collaborative healthcare environment committed to excellence.
