Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Osteopath to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide holistic patient care, utilizing their expertise in osteopathic manual techniques to promote healing and well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and case management. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing osteopathic techniques Provide patient care that addresses musculoskeletal issues, pediatrics, and acute conditions Maintain accurate charting and have some experience using JaneApp Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to ensure clarity of treatment goals Educate patients on health maintenance, injury prevention, and post-treatment care Manage time efficiently to accommodate multiple patient appointments daily Stay current with medical terminology updates and best practices in osteopathic medicine Participate in marketing activities such as photoshoots in order to effectively promote them Qualifications Proven experience or background in clinical settings preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, case management, and patient care procedures Strong communication skills Familiarity with JaneApp, charting, and Gmail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Certification or licensing as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner is required (BC, Canada); additional qualifications or experience with TCM, energy healing modalities or related fields are advantageous Pay: $90.00-$110.00 per hour Benefits: Company events Flexible schedule Application question(s): Have you spent at least 3 years in an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner program?
