Equipped with advanced clinical management software and seamless billing systems, we ensure our practitioners can focus 100% on patient care while we handle the rest. We are currently looking for a passionate, dedicated, and licensed Osteopath to join our collaborative team of healthcare professionals (including Registered Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists). Full Administrative Support: We handle all reception duties, appointment bookings (via Jane App), invoicing, and direct insurance billings (Telus eClaims). Cross-Referral Internal Network: A highly collaborative environment where practitioners actively cross-refer patients for optimal recovery outcomes. Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your work-life balance (including weekdays, evenings, or weekends). Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive initial assessments, including medical history review, physical, orthopedic, and neurological examinations. Formulate and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Provide high-quality chiropractic care, including spinal/extremity adjustments, joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercise prescription. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic clinical records (charting) in accordance with the College regulations. Educate patients on spinal health, posture, ergonomics, and long-term wellness management. Collaborate with other in-house practitioners to ensure a holistic and seamless patient care experience.
