Dietary and Lifestyle Recommendations: Provide guidance on dietary modifications and lifestyle changes to support patients overall health and well-being. . Education and Counseling: Educate patients about TCM principles, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their health. . Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, recommendations and purchases. . Inventory: To ensure sufficient inventories and quantities of products and medicines with proper storage and maintenance. . Collaboration: Work with TCM Physicians and front-liners to ensure comprehensive patient care. . Events and Activities: Participate in all marketing initiatives, promotional road shows, trade fairs, corporate events, demonstration programs, health talks and any events. Internally and externally.
