Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Osteopath role based in Horley. The Osteopath will assess patients through detailed case histories, physical examinations, and functional movement assessments to identify musculoskeletal and related conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and delivering individualised treatment plans, providing osteopathic manipulative treatments, and offering rehabilitation and exercise guidance. The role involves educating patients on posture, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies to support sustainable recovery and performance. The Osteopath will maintain accurate clinical records, collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive clinic environment. Accredited osteopathy qualification and full eligibility for registration with the relevant professional regulatory body. Demonstrated commitment to evidence-informed practice, continual professional development, and maintaining high ethical standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Strong organizational skills, including accurate record-keeping, time management, and reliability in managing a patient caseload. Previous clinical experience in private practice, sports, or rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
