Manual Osteopath – Scalp Wellness & Therapeutic Care Practitioner

Job description Clinical Scalpology is a modern wellness concept in Calgary focused on scalp health, restorative rituals, and elevated client care. We are building a multidisciplinary clinic environment where wellness, beauty, and therapeutic care come together in a more thoughtful and refined way. We are looking for a Manual Osteopath who is interested in applying their understanding of tension patterns, structure, circulation, and whole-body wellbeing within a unique scalp-focused and wellness-forward treatment setting. This is not a conventional osteopathy-only role. The right candidate will bring their osteopathic background into a modern scalp wellness environment and may integrate head, neck, jaw, shoulder, and upper-body treatment elements within their professional scope, while also learning Clinical Scalpology service flow and treatment philosophy. The ideal candidate is professional, intuitive, collaborative, and excited by the idea of being part of a new category of care. Responsibilities Provide osteopathic treatments tailored to each client’s needs and within professional scope Support clients experiencing tension, stress, postural strain, jaw tightness, neck discomfort, and general upper-body restriction Integrate therapeutic work involving the head, neck, jaw, shoulders, and related structures where appropriate Learn and adapt Clinical Scalpology treatment protocols in a way that aligns with osteopathic scope and clinical judgment Educate clients on the relationship between structure, tension, circulation, scalp wellness, and overall wellbeing Maintain accurate, professional charting and documentation Uphold high standards of client care, professionalism, sanitation, and presentation Collaborate with other wellness practitioners in a multidisciplinary clinic environment Help create a calm, high-quality client experience that encourages trust, retention, and positive reviews Qualifications Certified Manual Osteopath / Osteopathic Practitioner Strong understanding of body mechanics, tension patterns, posture, and whole-body care Excellent hands-on treatment skills and professional client presence Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with clients clearly Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team Interest in innovative wellness concepts and scalp-focused treatment integration Experience in a clinic, wellness, rehab, or therapeutic environment is an asset What makes this role unique Work within a differentiated wellness concept rather than a conventional clinic model Apply osteopathic thinking in a scalp wellness and restorative care setting Be part of a growing brand creating a new category of treatment in Calgary Join a multidisciplinary environment with room for collaboration, creativity, and growth Help shape a client experience that feels both therapeutic and elevated Important note This role is designed for an osteopathic practitioner who is open to integrating their therapeutic skill set into our Clinical Scalpology model.
