Manual Osteopath / Osteopathic Practitioner – Join Our Growing Multidisciplinary Clinic Refined Integrated Health | South Surrey / White Rock, BC Refined Integrated Health is a newly established multidisciplinary clinic in South Surrey dedicated to providing collaborative, patient-centered care. Our vision is to bring together a team of highly skilled practitioners who value thoughtful treatment, collaboration, and long-term patient wellness. We are currently preparing for our clinic opening in late spring 2026 (anticipated June 2026) and are excited to begin building our founding team of practitioners. Position Overview This position offers the opportunity to build and shape your practice within a collaborative clinic environment from the ground up as we prepare for our opening. We welcome practitioners who are passionate about manual therapy and whole-body care and who are interested in developing their practice within an integrated healthcare setting. Practitioners are encouraged to bring forward areas of focus or specialization within osteopathy and grow those interests as part of their practice. You will work alongside other healthcare professionals including massage therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, kinesiologists, and acupuncturists to provide collaborative and comprehensive patient care. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where practitioners can develop a thriving practice while contributing to a strong team-based model of care. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and provide osteopathic manual therapy treatments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Educate patients on movement, posture, and overall health strategies Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with other practitioners within the clinic to support integrated patient care Contribute to creating a welcoming and professional patient experience Qualifications & Skills Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) or equivalent training from a recognized osteopathic program Member in good standing with a recognized professional osteopathic association in Canada Strong manual therapy and assessment skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Interest in working within a multidisciplinary clinic environment Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow a long-term practice Compensation We offer competitive compensation within a supportive clinic environment.
