Graduate Osteopath/Chiropractor | £30,000 – £50,000 Location: Great Dunmow Osteopathy & Health, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1DA Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Enjoy the security of a guaranteed salary with the potential to earn more as you grow your patient list, backed by expert marketing. Hours: 3-month trial period at 20 hours per week pro-rata (part-time). Upon successful completion of trial, the role can evolve into a full-time position. (40 hours per week). What We're Looking For A positive, hardworking individual with a great attitude. The ideal candidate will: Work Well with Human Beings - We can teach skills, we can't teach personality! We need humility for the sake of the rest of the team as well as the patients. You must be able to build rapport with patients, nourish them through conversation as well as through manual therapy and hold them accountable to sticking to their treatment plans and doing their exercise rehabilitation. Be a Confident Spinal Manipulator - Absolutely imperative. You will cycle through Supine Cervical Rotational Thrusts, Supine Thoracic Manipulation ('The Dog Technique'), Lumbar Rolls, Cervicothoracic Junction Lifts and Cross-Arm Thoracic Lifts on a DAILY basis so whilst we don't expect mastery, we do expect you to have the fundamentals in place to perform them AND be confident enough to use them regularly. Treatment Plans - You should be open to & confident prescribing treatment plans to patients that support their long-term clinical outcomes.
