Experienced Osteopath Kinesis Clinic Guildford, Surrey Part-time with opportunity to grow into a full-time self-employed associate position Kinesis Clinic is a busy, established private clinic in the centre of Guildford with a strong reputation for hands-on treatment, evidence-informed care and high patient retention. Due to continued growth and a consistently full diary, we are looking for an enthusiastic clinician to join our team. This role would suit: - Osteopaths - MSK Physiotherapists with strong manual therapy skills - New graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn - Clinicians wanting mentorship in private practice. This is not a “quick treatment and exercise sheet” style clinic.We are looking for someone who enjoys: - Hands-on treatment - Structural and functional assessment - Building strong patient relationships - Combining manual therapy with rehabilitation - Creating clear treatment plans and patient journeys What we offer: - Existing patient demand and overflow new patients - Mentorship and support from an experienced principal osteopath - Training in advanced soft tissue and movement based approaches - Friendly and supportive clinic environment - Reception and admin support - Modern treatment rooms in a central Guildford location - Opportunity to grow a long-term patient list - Flexible working days and hours - Excellent earning potential Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but not essential: - Dry needling - Sports injuries - Functional rehabilitation - Pilates-based rehabilitation - Soft tissue techniques - Strength and conditioning - Movement assessment Most importantly, we are looking for someone who: - Communicates well with patients - Is motivated to build a successful private practice - Is reliable and professional - Wants to continue learning and developing clinically - Understands the importance of patient care, follow-up and treatment planning New graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, confidence in hands-on treatment and a willingness to learn.
