Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and professional practitioner with a combined background in osteopathy and massage therapy, with strong and confident experience in pregnancy massage. The successful candidate will provide tailored, results-driven treatments that support pain relief, recovery, and overall wellbeing. This role requires a calm, clinically aware, and compassionate approach, with the ability to adapt treatments safely for pregnancy clients. Pay £30 – £55 per booking hour Commission-based structure (45%–55%) depending on experience and performance Earnings are based on booked treatment hours rather than fixed shifts. Duties Deliver customised treatments combining osteopathy and massage techniques Provide safe and effective pregnancy massage across all stages Assess clients’ physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans Adapt treatments based on individual needs and pregnancy considerations Maintain accurate treatment records and monitor client progress Ensure the treatment space is clean, safe, and professional at all times Educate clients on aftercare, recovery, and prevention Uphold high standards of hygiene, confidentiality, and client care Continue professional development and stay updated with industry practices. Requirements Qualified Osteopath – must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) Qualified Massage Therapist (Level 3 minimum) Certified in Pregnancy Massage (essential) Confident treating pregnancy clients independently Strong understanding of anatomy, contraindications, and safety Excellent communication and client care skills Professional, reliable, and well-presented Fully insured Experience in infant care is considered a strong advantage.
