Employed Associate Osteopath/Chiropractor - Full-Time position available in a thriving multi-disciplinary clinic in Harpenden, Herts.  Salary: £35-£42,000, plus performance bonus worth up to £20,000 annually.  Location:  Harpenden Sportsnspinal Clinic, Hertfordshire Central Harpenden - attractive, leafy town with cafes and restaurants 5-minute walk to train station ( 25 minutes to Central London ) Easy commute from North London, St Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes Free staff parking Located next to a beautiful park with a fully equipped gym and swimming pool About the Role: This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with clear long term progression and development. This role is ideal for an osteopath/chiropractor who would like a clear pathway for progression, and clinical development and is looking for a role for years not months. You will have the opportunity to; Take over an established patient list of 20 years.  Work in a thriving, multidisciplinary clinic Work with complex cases to develop your clinical knowledge and reasoning skills.  Learn MRI scan interpretation and clinical application Be mentored by an Osteopath with 20+ years’ experience Reviewing cases and contributing to clinical decisions Integrating hands-on treatment with technology-led treatments including ✅IDD Therapy for Spinal disc injuries ✅Shockwave therapy for chronic tendon injuries. ✅Tecar Electrotherapy for Knee and Hip arthritis and Spinal degeneration.   ✅Sports specific rehab ✅Gait analysis and orthotic prescription writing ✅Back to work and sports exercise programmes ✅Treatment plan training ✅Condition-specific treatment protocols About Us Harpenden Sports & Spinal is an award-winning clinic , recognised at the Practice Growth International Awards as winners for community care and finalists in the Principal, Mentor, and Progressive Clinic categories. You’ll be encouraged to problem-solve, improve systems, and keep evolving how we do things. 💰 Bonus & development opportunities Alongside holidays and pension, there are bonuses linked to performance , plus mentoring and development, so you feel you are always improving.   What Your Typical Day Will Look Like 9:00am - Reviewing patients, including spinal disc cases progressing through IDD therapy 10am - Treating patients using a combination of hands-on techniques, Shockwave Therapy, and Tecar therapy. 11am -Mentoring session with the Clinic Director, reviewing complex cases and learning to interpret MRI scans 1:00pm - Lunch with the team discussing interesting clinical cases 2pm - Three new interesting patients to see this afternoon to build my caseload. 4:30pm - Catch up with a colleague to share ideas on the ‘Back to Sports’ exercise programme for my running patient with chronic Achilles tendinopathy to prepare for his upcoming marathon..  5:30pm - Finishing the day having helped patients and contributed to the development of the team.
