We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Osteopath who is Comcare accredited and has proven experience managing Comcare files, to deliver recovery and return‑to‑work services within the Comcare scheme.  You will have the responsibility of assessing needs and then providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that your clients receive a safe return to work with their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery journey. Qualifications An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work The ability to engage with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients and stakeholders in their recovery and return to work journey Current Comcare workplace rehabilitation provider accreditation (essential) Proven experience managing Comcare files end‑to‑end, including return‑to‑work planning, stakeholder liaison and reporting within the Comcare scheme Ability to deliver physical rehabilitation services, with the capability to complete pre‑employment assessments, functional capacity evaluations and other employer‑requested (ER) paid services on an as‑needed basis A passion for empowering people to achieve their health and wellness goals A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence needed) Qualifications and relevant registration in any of the following: Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Osteopathy Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service Current or able to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance Additional Information Click on the APPLY button or please contact Anna Nguyento have a confidential discussion about the role on **************************** or ************ You are welcome here.
